Are you a Softheon client and in need of assistance with your account?

Our Softheon support site, Lighthouse, is the ticketing system through which we handle customer support. Please submit a Lighthouse ticket or CRM ticket so Softheon can address your issue.

Get Started

Visit the Softheon Support site using the appropriate link. If you do not know the link, please reach out to your Client Executive.

  • If Softheon is integrated with your organization via Active Directory, follow the prompt to sign in using that method.
  • If not, in order to receive your user name and password, you will need to provide an updated Security Matrix to your Client Executive.
