Since its inception in 2000, Eugene has led Softheon in its mission to develop innovative solutions for healthcare payers, providers, and government agencies. Before Softheon, Eugene led big data and process management initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies at IBM.
Howard Nolan | CFO
Howard is responsible for all things Accounting and Finance, Cash/Treasury Management, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning and Corporate Governance. Howard has over 35 years of experience in strategic planning, accounting, finance, operations, audit, and corporate governance. Before Softheon, Nolan served as the CFO, Chief Operating Officer, and Corporate Secretary for BNB Bank. He formulated strategic financial plans to deliver revenue growth and cost savings through both organic and M&A activities
Robert Mosquera | CIO
Robert ensures that internal and customer systems are stable, resilient, and secure. With over 20 years of combined experience in multiple industries, Robert is well versed in the healthcare, insurance, and finance fields. Robert previously served as Senior Director of IT for Mount Sinai Hospital System; he was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of critical data center and server operational teams within the hospital system.
Robert Miller | General Manager & SVP, Government Solutions
In addition to being the GM and SVP, Robert is also a long time Softheon associate. Robert is responsible for product development and operations to drive solution improvements while strengthening client relationships.
Kevin Deutsch | General Manager & SVP, Health Plan Solutions
Kevin is responsible for ensuring the retention, satisfaction, and growth of the customer relationship from onboarding through ongoing operational support. He is also responsible for leading a team of talented client success managers.
