Company veteran to lead go-to-market strategy across ACA Marketplace, ICHRA, and Medicare Advantage Solutions
STONY BROOK, N.Y. – March 10 2026 – Softheon, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology company, announced Kevin Deutsch as its new Chief Growth Officer (CGO) on Jan. 29, 2026. Deutsch, a 12-year veteran of Softheon, has spent his entire career at the company, holding a wide range of roles across sales, product and client services. Most recently, he served as General Manager & Senior Vice President of the company’s Commercial Health Plan division. In his new role, he will lead the company’s go-to-market strategy across all commercial SaaS and BPaaS solutions, driving new client acquisition and additional revenue streams.
As Chief Growth Officer, Deutsch will drive increased use of Softheon’s solutions for the ACA Marketplace, ICHRA, and Medicare Advantage by aligning product improvements with customer needs and increasing ties with key partners in the healthcare ecosystem. He will work closely with internal teams and external partners to accelerate client acquisition, expand revenue streams, and support new market entry for health plans operating across government and employer-sponsored programs that could benefit from Softheon’s all-in-one platform, built with automation and agentic AI at its core.
“Growth requires deep understanding of our customers, our technology, and the healthcare ecosystem. Kevin brings all three,” said Eugene Ugur Sayan, CEO and founder of Softheon. “Over the past 12 years, his disciplined leadership and curiosity have been instrumental in driving our mission forward and navigating the complexities of our industry.”
Deutsch’s appointment comes as health plans and employers face increasing regulatory requirements and shifting models. As demand grows for a single platform that can support compliance, speed-to-market, and operational scale, Softheon is expanding its role as a core infrastructure provider and trusted advisor to provider-sponsored community and regional health plans.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with an organization whose solutions I truly believe in, delivering meaningful value to our clients, and most importantly to the members and families who rely on the healthcare system to show up for them,” Deutsch said. “There’s still so much more to be done, and I’m energized to work alongside the incredible teams across Softheon to bring technology to market that helps health plans and employers navigate complexity, expand access, and move the system forward in meaningful ways.”
Deutsch’s promotion reflects Softheon’s continued investment in leadership and infrastructure as the company expands its footprint across government, commercial, and employer-sponsored healthcare markets.
